Shipping & Delivery
Postage and packing is £7.50 for goods purchased up to £50. Free Shipping above Fifty pounds within the UK. Some products have from time to time, special pricing related to product promotions. Where appropriate optional pricing and shipping details can be selected during the checkout process. Please note we can only deliver to the UK and Northern Ireland. For deliveries to the Highlands and Ireland and European Countries shipping rates apply.
Returns & Replacements
All purchases from this site are covered by our no quibble 28 day exchange or refund policy. The 28 days takes effect from the date of receipt of your purchase. Full refunds will be issued upon return of undamaged goods within the 14 day period together with a completed return authorisation form. Items to be returned should be sent back in the original condition and packaging. Replacements can be requested for the same or equivalent amount also within this period. No refunds will be allowed after this time, unless the goods are found to be faulty and at the discretion of the management. Contact us on 01892 457373 if you wish to return an item.
Damage in Transit
After leaving the distribution centre all goods are insured by our forwarder against damage. If you do not receive your order in perfect condition, please retain all packaging and make a comment on the delivery note, before you open the package to examine the contents. If you were unable to open and inspect the package in the presence of the forwarder, make sure that you sign for it as "unable to inspect goods on delivery" or similar to warn the forwarder that a claim may be forthcoming. For goods over £500 we require that damages are noted on the delivery note at the time of delivery. All other damage claims must be reported to us within 2 days of taking deliery.
Ordering
When placing an order, items will be added to your shopping basket. As you select your product, stock levels will be indicated and, if an item is temporarily out of stock, you will be sent an email when the item comes back in stock. You will not be charged for any items selected that are not in stock at the time of purchase. Orders placed after 2.00pm will be processed the following working day.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Payment will be taken by your selected method at the point of sale using either Paypal or Sagepay trusted payment gateways. We accept all major credit and debit cards including; Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, JCB and PayPal. For payments made by personal cheque, the goods will be despatched upon cheque clearance. Pricing is detailed on the individual product pages and will be added to the shoppng basket. Certain products will from time to time have special promotional pricing which will be detailed either on the product pages or on special promotional panels. Qualifying products will also periodically have discounts applied - please refer to the special pricing panels.

Viewing Orders
Orders once placed can be viewed by logging into your account. You will need your login user name and password. You can then use the My Order link on the left hand side menu navigation.
Updating Account Information
When your first register for a Gerbing Heated Clothing online account, your details will be emailed to the email account you specify in the signup process. Please take a note of your login and account details as you will need these to access your account to change your account information, view your orders and your personal wishlist.
Privacy & Security
Your Privacy is important to us. We do not share your details with any third parties and you will not receive unsolicited email from us except as indicated by you at point of registration for an account.
